• Observation

    After your application, I will observe you for 3-4 hours during your self-identified problem times. I will then generate a detailed report with suggested changes, new house rules and techniques, and a plethora of new activities to reconnect your family. The report will include an estimate of required hours and a price quote. A 50% deposit is required upon signing.

    As your kids begin to understand new levels of accountability, you will also rethink your approach to parenting and accept family-wide change. Radical change takes a radical approach!

  • Implementation

    I will come in and spend time with your family as the person in charge.

    I will establish new rules and expectations while setting healthy boundaries and demonstrating proper composure.

    Once the kids have adapted, it’s time for you to learn to manage your new life!

  • Keep it Consistent

    You take the reins. I will observe as you take over with a renewed sense of confidence. This time establishes your new life as a radical family.

  • Follow-Up

    I am available for follow-up calls and sessions, to keep you on track or handle new challenges.

You will receive:

  • A list of resources catered to your needs for continued education.

  • My custom shopping lists for every age. Great for diversifying your toy box and shopping for gifts!

  • Access to client-only Pinterest Boards for recipes, age-appropriate activities, hundreds of other resources.

  • Kids who will, one day, appreciate the gift of these important life lessons.

  • A newfound confidence in your abilities as a parent!

Packages/Rates

Packages begin with:

4 hours observation

1 hour report

12 hours implementation

6 hours shadowing

2 hours follow-up

Base rate: $80/hr, plus additional fees for large families, complex situations, and commute times of over an hour from Brooklyn, NY.

What I Don’t Do

Permanent Childcare

While I am not looking to be your permanent nanny or babysitter, I have access to a network of great providers to make referrals.

Household Chores

Shifts with your family will not include any household tasks beyond cleaning up after myself.

Therapy

While I am not a licensed therapist, I am here to listen. Talk to me, but also see a professional when you need professional help.

Additional Services

  • Caregiver Training

    Keep it consistent, no matter who is with your kids! I am available to train your nanny, babysitter, grandparents, or other family members in the same methods you have learned.

  • Nursery Organization

    Not sure how to prepare your nursery for baby? After years of caring for children, I know how to make a nursery flow. Everything will be organized, safe, and enriching for baby.

  • Team Building
